Aldo Menduni, for the first time, arrives in Kenya for vacation in 1996 and immediately falls in love with this magical land. He buys a plot of land in the Casuarina road area in Malindi and builds a real estate complex that he will call Balabala house, managing it from the beginning. In November 2018 he takes over the management of the historic hotel restaurant “LA MALINDINA”, which had been closed for 5 years, overcoming the difficult period related to COVID. During the careful management, Malindina has regained an important clientele and has qualified as a point of reference in the restaurant and hospitality sector. During the months of June, July and August 2023, he exercised the role of general manager of the Leopard Point resort until its sale. He currently makes his long experience available to economic operators operating in Kenya.

My entrepreneurial journey has led me to found AfriWorldDesigns, a versatile clothing brand, and OmerandTomCompanyLtd, a thriving chicken farm business.
I am now excited to launch AfriWorld Business Solutions Consultancy, a comprehensive enterprise offering expertise in civil engineering, construction, property renovations, architectural engineering, property development, and management. Additionally, our services include real estate agency, tours and travel, sales and affiliate marketing, fashion and design, employment agency, interior design, and insurance.

Joseph Owade Odhiambo is a seasoned Civil Engineer with a robust background in construction and infrastructure development. With extensive experience at Good Plate Construction Company in Malindi, Joseph has demonstrated a strong proficiency in managing complex engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. His innovative approach and leadership skills have been instrumental in advancing construction projects from conception through to successful completion.
In addition to his role at Good Plate, Joseph is a dynamic entrepreneur and one of the founders of AFRIWORLD, a forward-thinking company dedicated to revolutionizing the infrastructure and construction sectors across Africa. AFRIWORLD focuses on sustainable development, cutting-edge technology, and enhancing the quality of construction practices on the continent.
